My name is Rowan Carey and I’m born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I live in Snohomish, WA with my wife and four sons. Art has always been a passion of mine. From a very young age I’ve had an aptitude for painting and drawing. Over the past decade plus, I’ve really honed in my skills as an oil painter and the subject matters that inspire me.
I’m on a never ending journey to better my craft and to see where my art takes me. I like to think that I’m making the world a better place by leaving some inspired creations behind. I hope to lead an example for my boys, other artists, and also to myself, that it is possible to achieve your dreams and desires. That it is possible to make an idea come to life, whether that be with paint, wood, music, words… there are countless ways to show the world what inspires you. And by doing that, I hope to bring a little light into the world, and hopefully make you feel inspired as well.
